Pensioners in this buharia were actually made to buy this forms for 20 naira and were made to go to court to swear affidavit for a thousand plus..transport not inclusive. Sadly,Pensioners who complied due to pressure from the buharitic economy have not still been paid till date. Instead he is trying to put his son in law in the government house to cover up his atrocities... If you doubt,ask any pensioner in Imo State...
