SOURCE OF FUND

Threre is condition attached to source of fund and this condition must be adhered to strictly.

The fund to pay the first installment of the damages termed in Nigeria budget 2017 as "Igbo Revolutionary Budget 2017" is expected to come from treasury account. It is not expected to come from 2017 revenue but from the savings.

Nigeria government is expected, ordered and mandated to raise the fund from sales of all or part of her foreign currency. She is expected to raise 100% of the fund from sales of her most stored foreign currency. If the most stored currency is not enough to cover the first installment (2.5 trillions naira) then she can sell part of her properties abroad.

This currency must not be sold until you are told to do so. It is not going to be sold the way you have been selling. The sales have other purposes to serve therefore you must not sell until you are told to do so.
