Biafrexit: Time For Negotiation. by PDJT: 2:00pm On Jun 20, 2017
-Following the joyous acceptance of Hausa-Fulani (Arewa) peoples ultimatum, for Igbos (Biafrans) to vacate their land, by Indigenous People of Biafra.
I decided to start the ball rolling with respects to the Negotiation that should happen between Biafra and Nigerian govt.

-Biafra and Nigeria should each appoint chief negotiator.
-It could be a "two-phased" negotiation, meaning the divorce terms will be set first, before discussions on future trade relations, if any.

-On the first day, both negotiators should announce the timetable and negotiation plan for Biafrexit.

-The discussions could be split into three phases:
1. Citizens rights.
2. The financial settlement(National debt).
3. Other issues.

-Both Negotiators will meet for a week every month to negotiate, and use the time in between to "work on proposals".

-They will also co-chair the main Biafrexit meetings, and have power to create working groups to focus on particularly tricky topics.
-The Negotiators will also set out the terms of reference.

-"What is important is not to be optimistic, nor pessimistic, but to be determined." - Jean Monnet.

-"The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." - Winston Churchill.

NOTE: Oodua state agitators should be invited to the negotiation table on observatory basis in order for them to take note and study the process as it may be handy for their own negotiation in the next century.

~inspired by the ongoing Brexit negotiation.
