Britain (United Kingdom) , Nigeria and a British Failed Nigerian Experiment.

I just hope that title was appropriate. cheesy

Its knowledge in public domain that the Brits Colonised Nigeria and are Colonial Masters to most Populous Black Country in the World.

I deduce at the time, Lord Lugard and Flora Shaw and the British Empire and United Kingdom did it cos that was all they have ever been exposed to and hence tot to model their colonially conquered territory just as the only Model the United Kingdom runs on.

United Kingdom, its a kingdom United.
United maybe doctrine of unity wasnt indoctrinated them but a culture that had imbibed hitherto.

United maybe becos the Kingdom and majority of her people majorly and predominantly speak one language ENGLISH.

As a matter of fact, England is to the British Man in a United kingdom..

Maybe the are United because their ideals, norms, values and acceptable traditional cutural way of life were all similar cut across board.

I mean in britain not until recently Orthodox Christainity had been the only way of life for say over 80% of a General Populace and hence was enough to foster Unity to achieve Kingdom of People United in the True sense of Unity.

Maybe there were way to many reasons by nature or devinely that had compulsorily bound them together they had seen themselves one.

Now being Masters of Coloney, they only cared for grabing and amasing and conquering massive huge land mass for sake of Resources they could amasss,
White people are very rational, they will never do something for nothing.

It is only in Nigeria we pay something for Nothing.

Back to the matter, I havent gotten to Nigeria. Im still talking Britian colonial era, independence 1960, Amalgamation 1914 and even before Amalgamation 1889 at Berlin, The conference held in Berlin Germany on the Partitioning of Africa.

Partitioning Africa wasnt with any clear-cut ethical or cultural or traditional or reeligious demarcation.
It was simply a matter of conquest.
What European country could get what and at what prize and what size and shape.

France, Portugal, Germany, England, Spain all sat on the Table with fork and Knief to wine dine and feast and Demolish Africa my dear Africa land of my Birth.

The hitherto self sufficient, Self existing kiņgdoms living independently around the River Niger fell in the Plates of Britain the British people of a united Kingdom.

Flora Shaw seeing these kingdoms were all around the Great River Niger. The 1st Blessing God Blessed us with. OH River Niger so great Nigerians dont even have tap water running in their homes. Oh River Niger, Poor River Niger, you have been Abused by the very people you were supposed to Bless.
I pray the great River Niger forgives us our sins.

Talking of Rivers in Africa, River Nile has been such a tremendous blessing for countries around the River Nile and indeed countries trying to claim ownership of the Nile.

NILE is such a Blessing to Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan and a host of countries. These countires generates electricity in quantum proportions just becos of the River Nile Blessing and Nigeria cant do nothing with the River Niger with the whole country in gross shortage of water and Electricity.

Yeah! Not to deviate, i said the kingdoms around the Niger area fell in the plates of the British people at the dinning table at the Berlin Conference in Germany 1889.

The British Amassing land mass of all the kingdoms around the River Niger Area just decided to call their Acquired Property "NIGERIA" and hence different people that had never in their wildest imagination ever tot they would be brought together had to be brought togerther and lied to that they were all the same and hence must under the Rule of her Imperial Majesty the Queen of England has to live together United,
Or how else were the British going to precide over their aquired Property?

These British People didnt care about us, it was only the Rich Deposit of Mineral Resources and all they could Amass that was their true main motivation and decieved us and ever since then we have been decieving ourselves.

Its Bad for the Brits to have decieved us
But its worse for us to continue decieving ourselves even after we fought and conquered them in 1960 and got independence from them.

Yeah! Talking about independence, We fought as one and defeated them and sent them out of the country they created for us as one people.

The people that fought for independence were not of Hausa or Igbo or Yoruba extractions fighting for a common goal Independence.

During the fight for independence, there were no Hausa or igbo or Yoruba or Nupe people..
There were only a UNITED People who wanted a common goal of emancipation from White Supremacy.

During the struggle for independence, there were no Northerners or southerners or Biafrans, They were only a united People with one goal.. Oyinbo must comot from our land.

During the struggle for independence there were no Christains and no muslims, only a people united in one course to drive Oyinbo comot from their land.

During this struggle, nothing like North east or south west or north central or South south.

Only one united people sick and tired of oyinbo at the time..

JUNE 12th just passed and a quick reminder.

During June 12, A united people were united in fighting the Military Rule and it wasnt common for Dictatorship at the time.

So, the igbo and Hausa and yoruba man didnt care who won the election so far Dictatorship like Colonialist were gotten of our land.

Military was better than this Democracy we find ourselves

And Oyinbo were far better than Military sef.

Its either we leave this Democracy and go back to Military rule and Run back to oyinbo in The Great Britain.

Or after getting independence from the oyinbo, octobet 1st as 1st independence from oyinbo, im thinking just like we got independence from oyinbo, we need a second independence from OURSELVES.

If Nigeria is truly one, Nnamdi Kanu shouldnt be disturbing people with Cry for #Biafra

If Nigeria is one and United Hausa Arewa Youth should come out boldly to give Quit-Notice on Igbo People.

I dont know if it is quit-notice or eviction or pack your load or ultimatum, whatever englişh they want to call it.

To me, President Buhari is the Messiah of Nigeria.

I will Advice that with the inborn love he grew to have for this country and even abroad while on Medication,
He can order for a referendum to be conducted.

Let there be a Nation wide Referendum.

Ask the people wether they love themselves or not.

Weda they love themselves to stay 2geda as one or not.

Weda they want Nigeria or they want to Divide it.

Depending on outcome of the referendum.
If people say they want to stay 2geda as one, then they fashion an encompassing constitution everybody must agree to live by and nobody must be above the law.

If the people say they want the country divided, everybody should be allowed to go for self-determination.

Simple as A B C.

The European Union is a union of European countries and britain our colonial masters wanted out from the union

A popular British Referendum termed #BREXIT was conducted in the UK and majority Brits voted to leave the EU and today Britian is dealing with life outside the EU.

THEY carry their cross alone at the Manchester Bombing and london problem and only recently 24 storey building fire incident. (God forgive me) but truth is, that is a British problem and not an EU problem.
Britain would have to carry their cross alone and germany and france italy and Spain asides from sending messages wont stick their necks out for England.

We can choose to hold a referendum like our colonial masters did to opt out of the EU.

NIGERIANS dont have to die together if they can live apart successfully..

I am just a concerned Nigerian thinking maybe the British experiment has failed and the correction is right in our hands.

Our destiny is in our hands.

There is this book by Richard Dowden.. "AFRICA, Altered states, Ordinary miracles".

the writter wrote extensively on Africa but you need to read what specifics he wrote about Nigeria.

Its in our hands.

The OP would have made a lot of sense if he had talked more on Nigerian issues instead of the histories of Nigeria and UK. The histories are more of craps!
