Ogun with high IGR was bailed out twice by FG to be able to pay works salaries

The International Public Sector Accounting System
ranked Anambra State as the most transparent and accountable trade state in Nigeria as at March 2015.
With incentives such as tax relief, waivers, a one-stopshop,
security and protection, Anambra has evolved
into one of the preferred locations for both local and
15 foreign investments.
Assessment under the peer review mechanism of the
Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) showed the state
has the largest number of tarred rural roads in the
country. This has opened up the agrarian and oil
producing communities to the rest of the state,
improving access to markets and attractiveness for
workers across the state.

In 2015, the Federal Government intervened, with a bailout 7 package of NGN 338 billion to 27 states (including Edo, Ogun and Niger), to ensure employee salary obligations were met. In 2016, another bailout fund of NGN 90 billion was created but this time with stringent conditions intended to enforce fiscal responsibility within the states. Most states continue to look to ad hoc disbursements from the Federal Government to ease their fiscal challenges. As part of efforts to improve resilience in the states, DFID is working with Edo, Ogun and Niger States, providing technical assistance for tax harmonisation aimed at improving collection processes and transparenc

The reason and effects of strong economic growth, strong industrial and market activities are strong IGR which states use in formulating their budgets for further economic growth, infrastructure, and social services, but your IGR is one of the lowest in Nigeria and your budget is minuscule N110 billion, one of the poorest in Nigeria.

So, it makes no sense that you are left with laughable IGR and budget with your imaginary industrial and market strength.

Your villages are almost empty because your working men and women have migrated to the SW for their daily bread and survival, your population is less than 5 million and your productive manpower almost doesn't exist so labeling and littering the internet with backyard ugu activities sounds very very laughable. grin grin grin

I wouldn't mind " though " to have an intelligent debate either with him or anybody.

Having gone through the PDF myself I found that lot of the report contradict each other. Lagos outlook was ranked and beyond 2015 when the research was conducted.

And mind you, if you go through his screenshots your found that everything was base on OUTLOOK which a lay man refer to as " imagination or assumption. And mind you these(headlines/titles of his was) base on anambra's IGR growth as at 2015 but this is 2017, what's happened? No improvement, none and should I say least of these project were carried out hence anambra failure to update it 2017 IGR.

Anyway, anambra is still " POISING " to become ecomony hub of bla bla since 2015
No be fight be fight, good luck to them abeg cheesy

Anambra State is strategically positioned to become the
manufacturing hub for automobile and automobile parts
in the country. The state houses the only indigenous
automobile manufacturing plant in Nigeria – Innoson
Motors – as well as major auto part manufacturing
factories. It is loosely dubbed the ‘Japan of Africa’ as it
accounts for over 70% of the auto parts (including
23 motorcycles) manufacturing business in Nigeria
