Sunday Enia, a 20- year-old man, who allegedly broke into a shop and stole N100, 000, was on Friday brought before an Okitipupa Magistrates’ Court in Ondo State.

The accused, whose address was not provided, is facing a two-count charge of burglary and stealing.

He, however, pleaded innocence of the offences.

The Magistrate, Mr Banji Ayeomoni, granted the accused bail in the sum of N50, 000 with a surety in like sum.

He said the surety should provide evidence of a year tax payment to the government.
