I bought a 2.5kva smarten inverter and 220ah Interlight Tubular battery and shipped it across to my state.

I thought that was the end but it won't on o. Den say I have to buy another battery to add it to make it 24v before it will start and account don red like this.

What is the temporary solution pls? Can I pair the 220ah tubular battery with 50/100ah dry cell battery for mean time?

Get a 12v inverter if your total load will be less than 1000w. But how you take buy sth wey u no get full knowledge about? You should know that 24v inverter requires 2 sets of 12v batteries.

Worst case, sell off the inverter and buy a 12v inverter with inbuilt charger or standalone inverter and external charger. 12v system is very very stable.

I knew, but forgot at the point of purchase. Load should be about 2,000w. That's why I opted for 2.5kva inverter.

What do you want to power?
Remember that souer should not be used to run some appliances as it is a msw.

I suggest you call a good installer to design a system that will power the stated loads but unfortunately you may not be able to afford the cost/bills.
When you add the second 12v 220ah battery to the first one, please don't use it with your AC, even during the day.
Again, it will not be good for you to add another 12v 220ah lead acid battery after six months.

Though the capacity of this item is not stated, it's not still advisable.
Go for 48v system if you intend to power AC and budget the minimum of 3m for it.

By the way, don't power the following with msw:

Regular fans
Smart tv
Fridge/freezer
Fluorescent bulbs etc

I'm being misunderstood.

I'm building the system slowly from ground up.

Total set up at the end of the day is 3,000w panels, 2.5kva inverter, 4 (220v) batteries, Mppt charge controller

At the moment, only one tubular battery and inverter have been purchased.

None of the appliances intended to be used have been purchased too.

So for start, the system will just be used for charging phones, 4 rechargeable fans, and light in night time.

It is much later I hope to buy DC/inverter compliant freezer first , then 1hp inverter AC. But if the system will not be able to very the AC, will just stick with the fans.

So for start, two tubular batteries for one DC 200L freezer, 4 rechargeable fans, lighting and phone charging during day time 8.30-5pm or so daily, I don't think it's too much.

My friend currently uses 2.5kva inverter and two 220ah tubular batteries to power his double for inverter fridge, tv and fans. So I'm not asking for too much

Its either u get an extra battery same as the one u got or u buy a 12v inverter to use for the main time or buy a 24v lithium battery and sell off the tubular battery . The more economical option though is sell the battery and get a 24v lithium battery

What's a good inverter to get these days?
What I need:
- Durable
- Low power draw
- Has an internal charger
- Affordable
- Excellent customer support (very important)
- Has settings for LiFePo4 batteries

I'm looking at something between 1.5kv and 2.5kv (24v)
