Roasted corn all the way!!! Some people don't cook fresh corn with salt so it doesn't taste too good but they will lie that they boiled it with salt if you ask them. cheesy

Nothing beats boiled corn with coconut.

Especially corn boiled with sugar.

Roasted corn is the best
Cause the sweetening and nutrients are not diluted with hot water unlike the boiled one
That's why the boiled ones are not usually sweet and they still need to add salt

Long invented. Plucked fresh corn. Just sprinkle a little pepper powder, if you like a little salt and fry with a little olive oil. You can add a little fresh parsley. Nice desert. grin
