Governor Rauf Aregbesola alongside the Senator representing Osun East, Babajide Omoworare visited some sites in Ife/Modakeke axis prone to erosion.

The governor who order immediate dredging of the waterways in the area said it is important so as to avoid flooding due to rainy season.

Every region in southern nigeria has some areas prone to erosion.
But entire south east is cursed with super erosion. Erosion will delete south east out of world map soon, if not checked.

You could see the governor already checking what could be done to the very small erosion site, No one is doing anything about the gully erosion going on in the east except blame afonja.

So many of the erosion in the south east was as a result of the bombing during the war,I know so many holes my dad told us wasn't there before until after the war.
