Nigeria’s Break-up Will Bring Calamity To The World – Archbishop by Nobody: 7:35pm On Jul 09, 2017
The Archbishop of the Diocese of Kaduna, Anglican Communion, Bishop Timothy Yahaya, has warned that the disintegration of Nigeria portends catastrophe of unimaginable proportion for the world and urged the United Nations to take measures to avoid such scenario.

Speaking during the 3rd session of the 20th synod of the diocese at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Kakuri, Kaduna, at the weekend, Tanya said West Africa would bear the brunt of Nigeria’s disintegration.
He said ‘if today the country breaks up, there would no place to hide, there will be no place to go to. our neighbouring countries can not contend us as refugees.
According to him, “the number of cars in Lagos alone is more than all the cars in West Africa. So, everyone should be interested in what is happening in Nigeria”.

The rich also cry. millionaires over there now envy thousandnaires and kobonaires living on the mainland......... if this union is dissolved, i don't think there will be any calamity , what i see is "FREEDOM" and "DEVELOPMENT" . all the regions will have to fend for themselves, parasitism will seize.

There is neither sense nor facts in this presentation.
How does a peaceful breakup create a refugee problem ?
To say the number of cars in Lagos alone is more than the entire West Africa is a misnomer.
The number of cars in Lagos is not more than in Cotonou alone. The only difference being in the traffic efficiency in the latter while poor driving manners coupled with traffic inefficiency which makes it look like you have more cars in Lagos.

Oga Bishop Timothy Yahaya,we are leaving you behind at the mercy of your Fulani masters wether you like it or not.
The word that came out of your mouth is not of the spirit but rather out of fear of what will become of you when Biafra is gone.

Think of North east for a start, the full force of Nigerian military had to be brought down to restore some measure of sanity in that region. Even at that, Boko haram has not been fully defeated. If Nigeria disintegrates today, Boko haram will effectively take over that region with little or no resistance from the weakened Northern Nigeria army. Refugees will flood other west African countries in an effort to escape from Boko haram's rule of terror. This is just one very likely scenario that will play out after disintegration.

BTW, the idea that we will disintegrate peacefully is a mirage that can never happen. If we are ever going to disintegrate, it will be very violent and hostile. The earlier we start facing the reality, the better for everybody.

Boko Haram was their idea and baby. They encouraged them by pandering to religious sentiment when it suited their purpose. They further motivated them through the instrumentality of sharia. What benefits have the common people derived from sharia in the states where they were imposed ? If every government had kept to the true spirit of secularity, we may not have had anything like BH.
As for the impossibility of disintegration without bloodshed, we have the former USSR as a good example. No one can stop an idea whose time has come.
Those who believe in the true God know that nothing is impossible to Him. Those who hold the reigns of power and think that they can only let go by force are mortals and not gods.
