As a result, the old soul lives his life internally, walking his own solitary path while the rest around him flock to follow another.

Old souls are those who have reincarnated many times and have lived many different lives. They are different than the younger souls who might’ve been born for the first time.

This positive energy could make them easy targets for energy vampires. Prolonged social interaction could make them feel emotionally drained. Old souls should avoid too much socializing in order to safeguard their energy.

They do not like to engage with too many people or groups of people. Old souls prefer to build meaningful relationships by one on one interaction. Their circle is a small closely knitted one.
