Mumu , so na only that one you see, telling me its 2013 report, for your info, it has even improved in recent years, if in 2013 Anambra and Abia are top state in cash transaction, what of now they are responsible of over 60 to 70 percent of importation in the country

SE people are poor that is why they lack in vat collection(Oluwale statistics aka Lagos Ibadan newspapers), but they import most of the product needed in this country and even distribute it to other states,

You see, COMMON SENSE IS NOT COMMON

I'm not interested in the rest of the mundane gibberish you wrote, the highlighted part of your post is what caught my attention for how ridiculously daft and preposterous it sounds...the sheer irony of the highlighted is the inexplicable audacity to assert you can't allow "petty traders to be presidents of Nigeria"...meanwhile all the sophisticated idiots and high IQ geniuses from your tribe who have ruled this nation for decades are the reason why Nigeria is an unlivable hell-hole in nearly all indices and metrics today, so are your people any better than these "petty traders?" The smack of a typically arrogant Nigerian.

33-Year Old is Making History as the First Black CEO of P.F. Chang's

Meet Damola Adamolekun, the CEO of P.F. Chang's China Bistro, a popular Asian casual-dining restaurant chain based in the U.S. Since 2020, he has been leading the company to ensure its continued growth and success.

Damola, who is now 33-years old, has been essential in the evolution of P.F. Chang's, one of the largest and most famous restaurant chains across the globe. Even though the brand is still strong, he believed that it is necessary to embrace change to adapt to the uncertain future.

As P.F. Chang's CEO, Damola worked on revamping the dining rooms and revising the menu items. He also initiated the inclusion of delivery and to-go orders which was viewed as unfitting to the brand before. Now the chain operates a number of small fast-casual-type of locations around the country.

True enough, the business survived even when the pandemic hit. What's more, he led the company to a 31.7% increase in sales in 2021 compared to the year before, according to Top 500 chain data from Restaurant Business sister firm, Technomic.

Moreover, Damola is a partner at Paulson & Co., which became one of the principal owners of P.F. Chang's which was bought for $700 million in 2019.

He was also on the board of directors at the International Tower Hill Mines LLC. Adamolekun earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Brown University and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Ibadan – Ibadan, the Oyo State capital has been named the second fastest growing city in Africa for the year 2022, according to United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) research

In a post by Business Insider through its official Instagram handle; @businessinsiderssa, Ibadan is rated behind Accra, Ghana and above Lagos, which occupies the third position.

The post, which was captioned— “Top Ten Fastest Growing Cities in Africa”, saw two Nigerian cities occupying key positions.

Some of the key metrics of measure listed by UN-Habitat research are; urbanisation, industrialisation, population and job opportunities.

It added that the growth of these cities can be attributed to population boom and increased economic activities.

According to Brahima Coulibaly, Director of Brookings’ Africa Growth Initiative, “About half of the world’s fastest-growing economies will be located on the continent, with 20 economies expanding at an average rate of 5 per cent or higher over the next five years, faster than the 3.6 per cent rate for the global economy.

“By 2050, Africa’s population is anticipated to reach about 2 billion inhabitants, and more economic activities are taking place, counterbalancing the increasing population.”

The list include the following cities: Accra, Ghana , Ibadan, Nigeria, Lagos, Nigeria, Dakar, Senegal, Abidjan, Côte d’voire,
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Luanda, Angola,Kinshasa, DRC,
Nairobi, Kenya and
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Meanwhile, some Nigerian Instagram users have reacted to the ratings, praising the Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde for his quick, impactful and data based policy making. Other users were simply amazed at the list while others refuted it.
