Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike was spotted sleeping during a State Banquet in honour of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Tukur Buratai at the Government House Port-Harcourt on Thursday night. Photo of the governor sleeping has gone viral online with some saying the governor was merely "meditating".

u see what we are saying, if our government is runned by Communist, u won't be able to post this shite, and u would come out in mass to protest for free press, this is an obvious abuse of media, did he tell u he was sleeping, besides he doesn't look like he is asleep, might be the moment he closed his eyes briefly and a camera captured the moment coincidentally, nawa for una and the unreasonable ones will believe this...!!!
