Igbos have what it takes to develop Igbo Land to first world status. Our governors have to work harder in common projects like a trans eastern rail line. This will boost Igbo industrialization.

Igbodefender.com has been campaigning for an Igbo and Neighboring Governors summit to be held every two months were common development projects would be planned and acted upon.

We are happy to hear of the newhead of the South East South South Governors forum chairman. The governors should be serious in pursuing development through this angle. Party politics should not be allowed to interfere.

I totally agree with you....
And they should also create an international relationship mostly African countries in order to create a wider market for these industrialist...
Exactly. Aba made apparels should be exported to neighbouring African countries. Innoson buses should be massively promoted in African countries.

These products can easily find markets in Africa if our governors can aggressively promote them. MOUs should not just be for foreign investors to come in. Igbo goods should be promoted through MOUs with African governments.

That is a step in the right direction, if Onitsha, Nnewi and Aba can be connected to the sea port of portharcout, calabar, or Eket...I think, we will explore..
Look at Northern Italy. It is the industrial base of Italy, a G7 country. And what do they export? Fiat cars and designer apparels. Nnewi-Onitsha-Aba can do wonders if really nutured by our governors.

The problem is that a lot of the political class don't like to listen to policy issues from think thanks. They just tune off. Really painful.

Exactly....
Aba made goods ready for export.

Nwanne, look at what Aba boys are doing on their own, just imagine what will happen if the government gives them attention
Government officials often listen to propanda aimed at belittling Igbo products. If the Japanese let all the 'Panya Made' propaganda get to them, they wouldn't have their Toyota's and Sony's today.

We should start a campaign, you and us and other interested people on this thread mandating all Igbo governors to use only Innoson cars in their convoy.

Ibeto and co should have invested in Igbo media organizations like www.Igbodefender.com to defend them when people who want to pull down Igbo businesses strike.

One problem a lot of Igbo industrialists have is that they don't know the value of retaining sympathetic media in case of attack.

That is where the eastern governors got the wrong..,
DO you know that we can earn enough money from export of cars, fabricated auto spare parts, Aba made goods, phones from ZINOX and our bear....

Nnewi and Aba is our oil well, but the governors refuse to utilize the full potentials of this two super cities....
Odikwa egwu! What other African countries wish they had, we are treating with levity.
