Ike Ekweremadu the deputy senate president has on Saturday said that the demanding issues would be reviewed.

According to the report, the deputy senate president explains the reason for the delay in yielding to the yearning of the people saying that the 1999 constitution needed some kind of reforms to enhance the development of the country.

Ekweremadu said the senate has looked at the issues and broken it into specific bills which would help facilitate the process and that railway would no longer be in the exclusive list.

Yoruba has championed restructuring since 1963. The original script was for Midwest to divest from West, COR from East and MiddleBelt from North. The other two did and till today the inability to divest Middlebelt continued to favor North. Why was Middlebelt not done? Ibos threw a wrench in the political mechanism and wrecked everything, starting with the abolishment of regional government introduced by a decree of Ironsi.

Get sense! We will teach you history that tje village refused to teach to you.

Restructure they say? hahahaha its like changing the positions of criminals and renaming them. It makes no sense, Naija have failed and can NEVER be fixed. They should divide this gathering and let every part go on its own and them maybe they can restructure by sentencing to death to every corrupt politician and it might be awesome to bring back cruxifition or stoning by death. When you embezzle your regions fund, caught and thrown the book. A particular date is set out like on saturday where you would be tied to a concrete wall and the people can vent their anger on you with some rocks and whatever till the send you off. Its going to be a wonderful sent off party to corrupt politician, by the time its being done to 5 politicians the country will restructure itself. Restructure my blackazz fooooools.

Restructuring the country would go a very long way in solving some of the problems facing the nation. Nigeria is a country with great potentials to be like Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Canada etc if we could be sincere with ourselves.
Re: We Have Agreed To Restructure Nigeria – National Assembly by mars123(m): 8:51am On Jul 16, 2017
Senator, if it is not devolution of powers to the states as federating units, if it is not resource control, don't call it restructuring!!!

That is the only way we can be productive again. sharing of free money needs to stop. God has blessed us with so much resources and people.
Re: We Have Agreed To Restructure Nigeria – National Assembly by clarocuzioo(m): 8:53am On Jul 16, 2017
First of all I have to commend Nnamdi kanu for this, if not for his recent activities, I don't think the National Assembly will easily accept to restructure, that said, they should outline the areas for restructuring, basics methods for restructuring, time frame clearly spelt out, then we know they are actually serious to restructure, because as it stands now restructuring seems to be the latest scam in town and we are not going to fall for their scam
Re: We Have Agreed To Restructure Nigeria – National Assembly by feelgoodInc: 9:42am On Jul 16, 2017
