Nigerian vocalist, 9ice has been in the news alot in the previous weeks. To start with from his viral music, 'Living Things' with the dubious verses that most fans have translated to mean his "Support for yahoo boys".

Then a few weeks back, Falz called out Nigerian musicians who glorify fraudsters with their lyrics and once again 9ice became a trending topic on social media.

Presently he has set aside out opportunity to explain the tune saying the controoversial expression "Shashe" just means a propelled variant of work which he clarifies saying a man that slices grass can be said to 'Shashe'.
