What are you doing to salvage the situation?

It's the job I've always wanted but the wrong institution. Colleagues who are yet to accomplish half of what I have get these juicy research opportunities and I am being passed over for petty reasons like being female or not from the state.

Its not about loving the job but loving what u do for a living. While many of us are not always satisfied and crave for me, we should learn to be happy with what we have at hand and be grateful. I might not earn well like I wish but the fact that I am building a career and upgrading ma CV gives me joy. It will only take time but I will certainly reach my destination.

Love what u do and see yourself moving ahead in life... Its just passion.

Yes I do, even though the pay is not what I want. Am learning new things everyday, I was at home for six months before I got this job. Be contented and grateful to God for what you have, the opportunity to make it will show up one day.

i have interest in farming with the little i have, i ave a little farm which i operate when i am strong in farming it terms of investment resigning is my next motive.
