Another Rigging Strategy by APC

The election landscape in Nigeria took another dimension last Saturday at the Lagos State Local Government election where APC cleared all the posts in both Chairmanship and Counsellorship.
At the last general election that brought in the party to the central, several people gave kudos to the Chief Strategist, One and Only Jagaban and Backbone of the Party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for successfully plotting the removal of the once upon a time, the largest party in Africa – PDP.

However, the strategy used at the last Sunday election in Lagos was a surprising new initiative. To be honest, several people were actually against the domineering and imposition of candidate at the primaries which created a lot of anger even within the party and possible advantage for the opposition.

Imagine rain falling for over 24hours across the entire landscape of the state which resulted into low turnout and less violence – Guess, the oppositions were not expecting that it will be a rainy election!

Just as there is possibility of rigging and even if there was no election at some polling units, who was around to verify expect the result announced by the Chairman of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission, Ayotunde Philips.
Who then should we praise or credit with this “Divine Strategy” that hindered the oppositions from turning in mass to vote which result into a winning galore or rigging for APC?

Should it be Oba of Lagos (His Highness Oba Rilwan Akiolu), Jagaban (His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu) or a just a way of “Baba Loke – God Almighty” in rewarding the effort of the His Excellency, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode?
