Additionally, you need to be lenient on the way you ban we your customers, because without us, they might not be nairaland, it a mutual benefit kind of thing.

Lastly, you should not use banning to scare people away from your forum, and at the end letting people to use your forum as a dumping ground.

To make it faster u can mail the mods but I don't think they can do much about it.

That would certainly make for a very painful death. All that gastrointestinal distress and possible viscous rupture and internal hemorrhaging.

Yes it is fair for the bank to take his property to repay the loan. It is also fair to notify other loan agencies about his debt. However it should be illegal to jail someone over such a paltry amount. Politicians are walking around free after looting billions, and one poor soul killed himself over nothing.
