Nigerian media was awash with reports yesterday that former Petroleum minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke returned a $90 billion loot to the Central Bank of Nigeria. To put the figure into perspective, Bill Gates, the richest man in all of the 7 kingdoms, is worth just $89.7 billion. The initial reaction to the news was outrage, of course.
