Yahaya Bello was an accountant with goverment and somehow he became a billionaire. This is the story of every Nigeria politician.Worked for goverment or got contracts from goverment, and either looted while in public service or failed to execute the contract they got awarded.

Then go on to tell us in their biographies they are "sucessful businessmen" in oil and gas or clearing and forwarding.

To know if the fund he use to acquire that proper is not a stolen fund, they should check his CCB form.
