Interviews are really never about what you wear , but about "attitude ". Having said this your daily attitude is determined by what you wear. Loose native attire gives an impression you are laid back and independable . Bottom line: don't wear it.

I attended an interview some years back and saw people on native attire, especially those our brothers from the north. It looked good on them and the interviewers did not complain. Although it was a federal government job interview.

yes you can, a friend of mine wore native for an interview and he got the job mainly because his addressing, THOUGH it depends o, the company picked because he is from north central they felt that they use him to target the northern customers.

The office is a formal setting and an interview is a place to demonstrate your capability and so you need to dress formally . Native wears have different types and so it is not allowed in an interview . Some native wears may even embarrass your employers .

There is a reason companies and organisations have a dress code. If you work for yourself yes, wear whatever it's your show. But in the cooperate world its professional attire. As for the citing of Neymar wearing causal as an example, wear that to an interview and see if you get any jobs. How is that even a logic example? Even if he was naked they would have not cared.
If you are going for an interview at a palace or some fashon house yes wear whatever .If you are hoping to be considered seriously consider your image it's that simple. It applies to both sexes. Too much of anything is never good.
