This cost of labour, is it from foundation till the last of the finishings is installed? Do I assume site work if concrete flooring or landscaping is included? It seems on the high side. I may be wrong o.

I have the same question aseju asked you. Have you read the requirment in the initial posting?
I hope you noticed the breakdown of what are needed. The building is not a stadium.

if you are realy seriousabout the job, let us meet one on one any were then were with the designor send the full set of design and we shall disuss. but remember that owerry would gone with raft foundation, just say your mind i.e how much u plan to spend on labour and materials and the finishing

Please stop qualifying your comments with "if you are realy seriousabout". It took me time and effort to get and present the details of the building here. I presented these requirements, including measurements (which you do not see often in NL), so that  suppliers and contractors will know exactly what I want. I will meet with the potential supplier/contractor when I think there is a possibility of him/her meeting my requirements.

Here are more information:
One can supply only the material OR material and labor - your choice.

The building is already near the roofing stage.
I want to know the cost for the roofing (material/lablor).
It needs plastering - at least starting from the ground floor.
It needs windows and doors - see details in the original posting.
It needs floor work - see details in the original posting.
The fencing has already been completed; I need to know the cost of installing a quality iron gate (material and labor)

That's not a problem. I am not based in Nigeria. The building is for my vacation and future retirement.
Someone has to keep contractors and engineers honest.  That, by itself, is a lot work in naija; you know what I mean  . He is not a builder by profession.

rukatech i agree with, and am throwing this to you also if you like lagos property?lagos is also a better place for investment!!!
