So many of our politicians would get little or no votes or better still there would be the least election participation if there was an amendment in our Electoral Act that limits electioneering (campaign) to social media. No posters. No fliers. No leaflets. No rallies at Stadium. All would just be social media canvassing.

That market woman, taxi driver, meat seller and cleaner on the street who has PVC does not tweet. Most of us who criticize on social media do not have PVCs.

No law stops Nigerian youths from running for posts too, even the ages have been reviewed to support us further but instead of coming out to run, our youths prefer either shouting "Atiku for 2019" on pages of NL or hailing "Sai Baba" and waiting from crumbs in BMC media houses undecided
Or hailing drug lords in our villages for building roads which is typically the responsibility of government.

This can't happen here in Nigeria, because we operate recycling politics here, same persons, same mindset, same.target and goals, saraki's father was a senate president , 1st republic, Bukola today nw the senate president

Only where elections are credible.

Kenyans and Ghanaians are by far more civilised than us Nigerians.

Politics is Nigeria is too expensive. Talk of money to obtain candidacy form, campaign logistics and many more. Only youths that have strong godfather and financial ocean can survive.

Join a lesser known party, without a Godfather you'll get to the top.

Yes, but there are still alot to be done after reducing the age limit.
Money for forms should be reduced to at least #5,000 to encorage the youths & reduce to the barest minimum money politics in the system, if not these same old crooks will still highjack the system
