Irony is he is disputing the only area Nigeria has an undisputed lead in when it comes to ISTAR capable platforms in Africa. Nat fighter jets might not be on per, except maybe the new JF-17..and even that is barely 4h Gen. But when it comes to surveillance, ELINT gathering platforms and drones, attack drones and space based infrastructure, ..Nigeria Is years ahead.

Since you have a problems with text. I have attached pictures of NAF's ATR aircraft with inside and outside shots. Note the camera on the under carriage. The ATR can direct fire to targets from outside the range of conventional ground defence.
