The key word is "Incapacitated." Would you say that for a man who walks, all by himself and enters a plane to go seek for medical attention as compared to Yar'adua's situation? Most importantly, I am more concerned with issues of constitutionality of his act rather than those who've said all manner of things against Buhari.
