Is President Muhammadu Buharia Of Nigeria Still Receiving His Salary?? by uboma(m): 5:31pm On Aug 15, 2017
It's been 100 days and counting that the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has been out of the country.

And during these period, someone else has been playing his role even though not to the full.... Reasons are that the cabal that be are hindering the current Acting President from carrying out the duties of the President in its fullest sense (topic for discussion another day).

My questions are,

has President Muhammadu Buhari been receiving his monthly salary and allowances for the period he's been on sick leave?

Are there any provisions in the Nigerian Constitution that stipulates how long the country can continue paying the salary and allowances for an ailing President who seeks medical care outside the country?

I will like to read your constructive views on this subject.

Question 1 YES because he is still the president as long as he did not resign , being impeach, dead or being declared incapacitated as far as 1999 constitution is concerned. 2 no any provision in the 1999 constitution
