4GB RAM - nope. Technically, yes...minimum for some of the higher end games.
Avoid Intel graphics cards.

Intel HD graphics - not a quality graphics card. It can still play some games tho but not at highest graphics settings.

4gb ram - This depends on the amount of memory required by the game you wanna play.

Click on processors then a drop down menu with each processor your pc has would appear.

If you have two processors, then it's dual core. If it's 4 then it's quad
