#ResumeOrResign Protest Is Unconstitutional by GoodGovernance: 4:05pm On Aug 16, 2017
The constitution is clear on what should happen ,concerning a sick president.Where the constitution has made provisions on any matter or issue, protest that is not in conformity with the constitution becomes illegal. This has no prejudice to the rights to freedom of expression or right to protest.

In essence your right to protest actually means your rights to constitutional protest!

So,any protest like the following are unconstitutional because they lack constitutional backing:

#ResumeOrResign, -Concerning a sick president, the constitution has made provisions for what should happen. An example of a legal protest would have been #ActivateSection144of TheConstitution.

#KillAllCorruptPoliticians- Absolutely illegal protest! An example of a legal protest would have been #MakeCorruptionACapitalOffence.

So it is absolutely correct to declare a particular protest unconstitutional ,but does not imply that protests are unconstitutional.

On a lighter note:

When you go to the market place or TV,with a protest placard that reads #KillAllPoliticians or #ResumeOrResign,I think you should be arrested for illegal protest grin

We should learn to conform with the constitution.Like I used to tell my colleagues, you need not be a lawyer to know the law!
