Exactly the problem is systemic from the Emergency unit boss that loots all the resources at his disposal because he doesn't understand the importance of his job to the Toyota bus driver with the IQ of a flea that has poor sense of judgement to even know that his front wheel driven light bus is overloaded but yet he is pushing it hard to reach speeds of over 130 kms per hour on tire that have been pumped over 4 times the safe limit by a vulcanizer who still doesn't understand tire pressures and pretends he knows how to use his faulty tire pressure Guage...by the time that bus crashes there is little no emergency service no matter how trained can do
