nothing like anger management programs in naija like its done abroad.some ppl clearly have psychological issues.some will even pick cutlass to cut u up just becus u didnt greet them first.

one must not attend anger management program or meet a therapist before he can control his anger. I learned to count from 1 to 10 and then 10 to 1 just to hold myself. everyone can learn what's best for them
