You are very wrong here, tinapa was never based on assumptions but on well researched feasibility studies which had the buy in of several Nigerian financial institutions. The tinapa project was deliberately sabotaged under the yar'adua regime when the Nigerian customs refused to recognise it's status as a free trade zone despite earlier approvals by the federal government designating it as a free trade zone. Tinapa was deliberately killed for political reasons and the true story will emerge one day.

When is he going to formally declare his intention to run? Which party platform is he going to use? He needs to act very fast as time is of essence.

If he comes out as an independent candidate, I will vote for him. If he joins any yeye party, he can go to hell

The Nigerian law does not recognise independent candidates, he will have to join or form a party if he intends to run. Hopefully his party would be neither PDP nor APC. Both parties have been a big disapointment to Nigerians.
