Of course. Young was signed in 2011 and his wage then was 90k a week before he signed a new contract in 2015 which increased his wages. generally the wages of players signed from England are higher than other players signed from other parts of Europe. Also looks like u don't understand how these things work. Martial was signed as a teenager who was earning maybe around 20k a week in Monaco, he signed a 4yr deal with united for 65k a week. They cannot just increase his wages unless they give him a new contract which he can either accept or fail to accept so he runs down is remaining years or man utd sell him. When he signs a new contract they will increase his wages. Its the same thing with Rashford who was an academy player earning maybe 5k a week until his explosion in February 2016. he got a new contract worth 20k a week and if he continues to improve he will get a new and improved contract to ward off interest from other clubs. Its just like jesse Lingard who was earning around 25k and suddenly Mourinho gave him a new contract that is worth over 100k a week. wtf.. 100k a week just to dab.
