Ex-governor Adams Oshiomole is fast loosing his political relevance in the southern part of Nigeria and also in the Niger delta region because of his political stands against restructuring of the Nigerian federation or federalism.

To many viewers who have been following his comment in the media, he is seen as a man strongly speaking what PRESIDENT BUHARI want to hear.

Many of us feel Oshiomole desperately want to be made a minister that is why he does not want to offend President Buhari.

But unfortunately, Oshiomole is hurting many people in his constituency in the Niger delta region.

A leader that is not at touch with the stalk reality that face his own people is seen as a BAD LEADER. Is this the type of legacy Ex-governor Adams Oshiomole want to create for himself?

Ex-governor Adams Oshiomole tend to have soft heart for the northern hegemony leadership who themselves do not have soft heart for the Niger deltan whose resources they are exploiting.

It is well known that a former northern president in the person of Alhaji Musa Yar 'Adua helped Ex-governor Oshiomole to become Edo state governor and Oshiomole feel he should use the aspiration of the Southerners to pay his northern friends.

Ex-governors Adams Oshiomole actually grew up in Kaduna state were he started his labour activism so his northern philosophy and the numerous friends Oshiomole made in the north is making him to feel accommodated in the political and economic space of the northerners.

It is not wrong to makes friends in the north but you should not allow your friendship to make you sell your freedom and the freedom of your own people to an Hausa/Fulani man.

Ex-governor Oshiomole should retrace his footsteps and the support he is giving to the northerners as it is not representing the aspiration of the Niger delta people or the aspiration of the southerners.

Does Ex-governor Adams Oshiomole realise the fact that great economic development would have taken place in Edo state if Edo state had been given the right to control his small oil and gas resources in 20 or 30 years back. But our imbalance federal system denied Edo state its legal right to control its crude oil resources. Edo state money coming from oil had to be use to develop the impoverished north while the good people of Edo state suffer abject neglect and poverty.

If Ex-governor Adams Oshiomole has conscience is that the kind of oppression he should recommend for Edo State, Delta State, Bayelsa State, Rivers state, Akwa Ibom state, Cross Rivers state or even Lagos state that is contributing VAT MONEY to the federation account?

He was never relevant politically, he was just popular because of his audacity as a labour leader, but you know what Nigerian politics does to people... It takes away their integrity.
