One important stuff to note is when you recharging your card, check the receipt given to you to know if your HOUSE is billed as commercial or residential. In Nigeria, I hv been on a pre paid meter four like 4-5 yrs now. To GOD be the glory before I travelled out I noticed I hv be billed on a commercial bill instead of a residential bill. I made reports and I must Hail the IKEDC. They have really stepped up in their response to Customers. Their office was fashioned in a way that customers complaints are taken care off sharply. It's one area which Mr. FASHOLA has done great.. |
