Giving a breakdown of the allocation, Mrs. Adeosun said;
the federal government received N193.04 billion,
states N130.69 billion and
local governments N98.01 billion.
As at now local government still under the state controls;
means when we add up what the state and local shared is more than the federal share!
state got N130.69 billion
local got N98.01 billion
total N228.70 billion
federal N193.01 billion
differences N35.66 billion

What devolution of power, resources control, true federalism the politician wants;
if the state/local have nothing to show for the surplus allocation they shared!
Don't forget the oil state derivation of 13%......in August N31.59 billion was given to the nine oil producing states as their 13 per cent derivation.
Conclusion the aim of the advocate of Restructuring is to weaken the center government for easy balkanization.
