[8/27, 5:13 AM]: THe announcements are done with. It's Conor 'Notorious' McGregor vs Floyd 'Money' Mayweather time!



[8/27, 5:14 AM] : The bell rings and we're off. McGregor straight away on the attack




[8/27, 5:20 AM] : We're into the 2nd round now and surprisingly, McGregor has done not too badly. He's on the attack in the second as well. However, Mayweather has started to find his range now.



[8/27, 5:22 AM] : End of Round 2. And McGregor has looked like he belongs. Or Mayweather could well be biding his time. He did land an uppercut on McGregor though.



[8/27, 5:26 AM] : End of R3. Once again, McGregor is doing well. He landed some jabs on Mayweather, utilising his longer reach. This could be interesting



[8/27, 5:30 AM] : End of R4. McGregor is standing toe to toe with Mayweather. The UFC champ used his jabs well but the American did show some aggression in this round.



[8/27, 5:34 AM] : End of R5. And there were some afters at the end if that round. McGregir holding his own so far. But stamina and endurance will.decide the winner from here on.




[8/27, 5:38 AM] : End of R6. And what a comeback from Mayweather. The American was decidedly aggressive and landed some proper punches on the UFC champ, who also had a few moments in the round.




[8/27, 5:43 AM] : End of R7 sees Mayweather making a comeback. Probably the American's best round so far. Still, this fight has been very even up till this point.



[8/27, 5:46 AM] : R8 sees Mayweather growing in stature in this fight. He landed a couple of big rights on McGregor though the latter connected some of his jabs. Will McGregor have the stamina to last till the end?




[8/27, 5:50 AM] : McGregor was warned for a low blow in this round. He looks light on his feet but his punches lack weight and is not hurting Mayweather much. The American had McGregor on the ropes at one point. This fight might just be taking a definitive turn, with Mayweather landing 2 big rights at the end of the round.



[8/27, 5:53 AM] : It's done. Mayweather wins. What a surge from the American in the tenth round to win the bout


[8/27, 5:54 AM] : Mayweather clearly saw McGregor tiring and flew into attack with strong jabs and punches, and the referee saw McGregor's legs go from under him. He stopped the fight just as Mayweather went for the kill



[8/27, 6:05 AM] : Meanwhile, the official judges' score was: 89-81, 89-82 and 87-83 - All in favour of Mayweather, who also announced that he wouldn't be fighting anymore.
