The NICTIP Initiative, perhaps, can be concluded on as replica of some of the tested solutions that worked for the Asian Tigers in actualizing full industrialization after scaling through distinct phases of development, guided by a rapid economic development strategy adopted by the government.

Hypothetically, “nictipisation” entails the experimentation and the implementation of various PPP (Public Private Partnership) and AMP (Advanced manufacturing Partnership) Programmes by devoted “Nictipists”, with a mission blaze a trail for an industrial revolution by the means of a ‘guided capitalism’ economic system.

Experimentally, Neo-Liberalism, Keynesianism or state-led model could be adopted as an economic development model in establishing a NICTIP - (with respect to the governance structure of the nation in consideration).
