A Christian sister in a certain Church got pregnant, the Church decided to discipline her since she was not married.

When the elders of the Church met her, she told them that she has stayed in the Church for years and no one is marrying her and she is getting to the age were she can't get pregnant if married.
So she went and did artificial insemination since she wants a child. She provided the medical documents that showed that she has done the artificial insemination.

The Sister is pregnant without committing fornication nor adultery.
Not so?

BUT,
COULD THIS BE A SIN?

IT IS OUTSIDE A MARRIAGE UNION... hence it is WRONG.
It has always been wrong. Even in Joseph and Mary's story..... it was also a very alarming wrong thing.
Questions to consider=
WAS HER GOAL FOR MARRIAGE SIMPLY CHILD BIRTH?
WILL THE CHILD BE PSYCHOLOGICALLY NORMAL SINCE THERE IS NO FATHER FIGURE?
After the Child is born, HER CRAVINGS for sex will increase since she is no longer a virgin, how will she cope?
Did she seek counsel from God or Her spiritual leaders before taking such a LIFE/DEATH decision?



CONCLUSION: She didnt act in FAITH, Hence she also didnt seek God's wisdom or approval or even Parental/Church Leadership guidance.. So it is simply SIN!!!!

This is a very simple question if you go by the WORD OF GOD rather than common sense.
