A controversy arose in August 2013 about the
issue of shares to Next International a
company owned by the Anambra state
governor Peter Obi. [2] It is also reported that
he invested 2 billion Naira of the state money
for a 10% stake in the brewery.

He invested state money. That means Anambra state owns the shares not Peter Obi. And you have NOT provided proof to show that Peter Obi owns those shares. Where is the proof that Next International is owned by Obi?
