Earlier today I had a very heated argument at work today with my colleagues at work.
Our discussion centred around making money.

I don't get your argument. I always thought money is what people agree on. It has to have certain properties like being divisible.

Being smart is best way out. Your either smart or hardworking. Let's put it simply from 21-35 is your prime years for wealth building. You already graduated college going for a high paying job, building skills in work place, grinding it long hours, investing percentage of income to retirement etc. Then you play it smart move on to other venture or climb corporate ladder I guess.

You create your own by the life decisions yout take. My advice is mainly for American like myself but in someways it could transfer over to Nigerians. School isn't too expensive and theirs always skills to learn. There's only few things that you can't control like getting an inheritance or having a rich uncle to give you advice.
