Most southerners, Yorubas, igbos and etc are bereft of clean logic and critical reasoning and therefore will continue the suffering infinitum.

Now little brain, for your information, restructuring is for the southern Nigeria and not for the northerners because they have already restructured there region out of the Nigerian secular constitution. In other words, they are in 1963 practicing regional government while preventing others from it. Your unclean logic cannot detect that, rather your dirty logic see a gang up against the government. Sharia and hisbah police is a government within a government in a region. Government/ political structure is nothing but a framework of/for governance and sharia/hisbah has been structured into that framework for a region period. From that framework(characterised firstly, buy religion,...sharia and its interpretation, region) it will be difficult to prosecute a Muslim northerner who beheaded a christian under our secular constitution, extreme difficult in seriously focusing on arresting/prosecuting fulani heardsmen as they kill christians with no qualms. This is why they want to confuse you more by asking you block headed southerners to define restructuring.

Can fayose, ffk, odunmaki, Akintola, tinubu, obasanjo, mimiko etc knock horns on regional government and any one thing is save in the region?
Can okorocha, wike, Amaechi, kanu, obi, manage east with out turmoil?
Can Atiku, Buhari, kwankoso, Babangida, El-rufai manage Arewa region safely?

Customary law in the south is not the same in any way as sharia up north.

Customary Law is firstly secular and is under the Nigerian constitution . Is not a parallel constitution like sharia because, it doesn't have an enforcement police under it.
