depends on points of views,
well d circumcision is for hygiene, so even do it's about peeling of the skin it's not that of as bad thing,
then the tribal mark, well i don't think u mark a kid on his/her face for hygiene, that's just ignorance, that is leaving a scar on an innocent kid, angry sad
