This is the reason Buhari is deploying northern troops to Southeast.

To torture, humiliate, extort and kill innocent people. Yet, he allows Boko Haram to continue killing Nigerians in the northeast.

All the humiliation and killing will win more members for Biafra than make people abandon the struggle.
