Does the Nigerian military posses the right to declare a group a terrorist organization?
When

Pursuant to Section 2 (1) (c) of the Terrorism Prevention Act, such powers lies only with a Judge upon the application made by the AG.

Or has Nigeria gone back to the era of Dictatorship? Because the journey to fascism has been fast and furious so far.
Opinions?

Chasing shadows, eliminate poverty in the country, run an all inclusive govt devoid of tribal affiliations and party interests and watch all these agitations die down

Under the Nigerian constitution, the military has no right to declare any group a terrorist group.

But it's rather unfortunate that we're cursed with a president that does not have respect for the constitution or the courts.
