FortifiedCity: And what proof do you have that the trains ain't of good quality... Mind you, I do not trust the government like every other sane person... However, if we agree no one is "guilty until proven otherwise", we shouldn't just jump into conclusion about the quality of the trains. And I am pretty sure its because the party you love ain't the one making these giant strides. Politics of bitterness, hate, ethnicity, religion etc have always pulled us many steps backward. I shall be one of many to speak out against the government if after the trains arrive, you prove it is of lesser quality than stated. Regards 2 Likes |

Stories that touches the medulla oblongata. What a joke we are. Why must we be moribund in our thinking and actions. In April 2015, these Chinese tested trains that reach speeds of 603 km/hr. Why are we about doing 150 km/hr and feeling fly about it? SMH |

THIS THREAD SYMBOLIZES WHY THIS COUNTRY HAS PROBLEMS. THE PEOPLE'S MINDSET IS PROGRAMMED TO FAILURE. THEY VIRTUALLY USE THEIR OWN MINDS TO CREATE FAILURE. AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT. IF ALL YOU SEE IS FAILURE, ALL YOU WILL GET IS FAILURE. THE UNIVERSE WORKS LIKE A MIRROR. IT GIVES YOU BACK WHAT YOU GENERATE FROM YOUR OWN SELF. NIGERIANS NEED TO LEARN THAT LESSON. THIS IS THE SAME COUNTRY THAT HAD NO FUNCTIONAL RAILWAY SYSTEM JUST 3 YEARS AGO. TODAY, WITH THE SYSTEM BEING RESUSCITATED AFTER 30 YEARS, THEY ARE ASKING WHERE IS THE BULLET TRAIN? I MEAN, I'M JUST LOST FOR WORDS FOR THE LEVEL OF UNINTELLIGENCE DISPLAYED BY OUR SO CALLED 'YOUTH', MANY OF THEM OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER. PITY. 3 Likes |

drunkcow: People like you still keep falling to realise that with China, in most cases, standard/quality is directly proportional to the amount of money paid for a product. Find attached photos of made in China speed trains used in China.

I don't think some people know the meaning of 160km/ hr. They probably dont own cars , when u are on 120km above, u know what speed is ? If the bring a train above 180km in naija, I won't enter because we are not yet developed for that speed, that one will just from third mainland enter lagoon. 1 Like |

This is not the kind of train a country should order in 2016 to be delivered in 2017. If that is the case they should order Mercedes Benz 2000 model for themselves and not 2018. U will never see any of their relatives board this train. Till we see rail transport as an alternative to road transport that sector won't make enough money to support itself and would go comatose again. Here train is a substandard means of transportation while abroad it is a better option than road transport. |
