I was wondering why people call bank workers bankers.

Bankers are no other than modern slavery

what i hate most is abusive language and being forced to work Saturdays and Sundays.
simply because you are oga or madam you will now be calling your subordinates derogatory names.
Human right activists and governmental and non-governmental bodies responsible of labor matters should as a matter of urgency check banking sector and deliver workers that are being constantly abuse and dehumanized. pls they should start with UBA

Those in the head office seem more privileged and relaxed. They get good appraisals and get promoted promptly.

But account officers in the branch run around to meet unrealistic targets, put their lives in danger sometimes and still get bad appraisals and delayed promotion.

Some evil supervisors that plot your downfall.

MPR (Monthly Performance Review) where you present what you have done against your target and get the bashing of your destiny.

No matter how much I preach about Entrepreneurship,many people will still be employee. There has to be a balance and because of that, I don't mind. If everyone become an entrepreneur, who will attend to me in the bank? Who will I employ as my sales man?
