The Bills Include: DSIEC Bill ...Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC) Bill LG Amendment Bill. Administration Of the Creminal Justice Bill. The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborovweri, accompanied by principal officers of the legislature, presented the bills to the Governor on Tuesday in Asaba. The bills were signed in the presence of top government functionaries.
