Lol.....the bolden seem to confirm what the previous comment alleged the Yoruba language for. Why must the language be one of the criteria for employing a Police Officer?

The previous comment accused the language as a language of fraud and ritual. May be this is why a Police Officer that is fluent in the language is mostly preferred in order to help unravel the fraud and ritual intents embedded in the language.

You may wish to explain to us more what u mean by the language bn complicated and why it is preferred for a Police officer getting job opportunity in UK.

Let me quickly show you some facts you perhaps don't know about the great yoruba language.the language is now universal,attaining the status of the white men languages like English,french,spainish,chinese etc hence the UK govt is using it as one of the criteria to recruit people into its police force.

NOW CHECK OUT THE FOLLOWING FACTS ABOUT YORUBA LANGUAGE (1) it is being studied in 47 american universities

(2) the yoruba language has been officially adopted/accepted in benue republic as a means of communicatin,infact it's being taught in their schools.

(3) some american students got their degrees in yoruba language recently in university of ibadan,they came all the way to Nigeria just to learn the yoruba language. I can go on and on but time won't permit me.
