Mood swing is an extreme or rapid change in mood.
Truly ,everyone at one time or the other has had their bout of it but however this doesn't make it the norm.
Mood swings are terrible to everyone, the person suffering it and the persons on the receiving end. Personally I hate being a victim of your mood deviation. I have a thing for consistency and it doesn't spare your mood.

Many times surferers when questioned about what's altering their mood are even ignorant about the alteration in mood. Ignorance is said not to be an excuse.

Just to bring to knowledge, studies show that it can be triggered by a number of factors which include, having an altered sleep pattern, unhealthy diet, hormonal imbalance, and some diseases too and even Premenstraul syndrome is known to cause mood swings.
However so many persons are caught in this web without an obvious trigger. They just let themselves stray, and overtime they believe everyone should come into terms with it. You hear consolatory statements like you can't just be happy throughout the day, one has got to have some unhappy moment. Who says that, don't find an excuse for your incompetence rather excuse it, show it the way out.

I uphold that we've got to be masters of ourselves and masters of our mood too. Don't just allow it swing. Be in charge of what happens to your mood. Not even happenings should cart away your liveliness. Be in Charge of what becomes of you...
